ADDING MILK TO YOUR TEA – A GOOD COMBINATION?

Tea is beneficial for human health just as milk is, as they both have nutritional contributions.

Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

It is no news that taking tea (especially REECAF instant tea) daily can help you stay healthy.

Good milk too is a nutrient-filled beverage that contains calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium, and vitamin D. it is also a great source of protein.

Come to think of it. Knowing both tea and milk are of great nutritive value, would it not be good to mix them together?

A cup of chicory tea

Though scientists are divided over the issue of adding milk to tea, I as a tea lover and drinker for years do advise people to add a little bit of milk when taking REECAF Instant tea as it makes the tea look colorful on the teacup.

In past years, several research has justified the combination of tea and milk and it was observed that, though the protein in milk binds the polyphenols thus decreasing the antioxidant capacity of tea, it doesn’t eradicate it.

Adding milk to tea is not a bad idea because the presence of milk does not eradicate the nutrients of tea but instead gives the avenue to have the benefit of both substance nutrients in one cup.

While I advise you to take tea with a little bit of milk it should also be noted that I personally advise liquid and non-sweet milk with it to reduce the quantity of sugar intake.

Have you tried REECAF instant tea with milk before?
