IN THESE TIMES, UNDERSTANDING IS PRICELESS

I support every initiative of the ECOWAS community as far as the Republic of Niger is concerned because I will never, in any way, support any form of violence or coming to power through arms.
 
I am so surprised that people tend to make it look as if the ECOWAS community wants to go to war against the Republic of Niger. This is not true.
 
When the community decided never to allow any form of military coup in the region, no one knew what was about to happen. In their desire not to allow any junta in the region, they went ahead to create a joint military force to oust any self-imposed government through force.

 
The case of the Republic of Niger is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any form because we need to move Africa toward civilization and not continue to take it backward. We can't give the military the audacity to oust any sitting president just because they disapprove of his policies and have guns.
 
It should be noted that civilian actions and mediations have been put in place by the ECOWAS community, and the junta has refused to listen to the sound of reason.
 
They prefer to use cheap colonial propaganda and security reasons to assert their evil intentions. Even though we all know that among the Sahel countries, Niger was more stable than Mali and Burkina Faso, we still sing their praises today without asking questions.
 
The junta in the Republic of Niger is on its own mission and not for the people's interest, and it should not be considered as such.
 

It should be very clear that the ECOWAS community is not waging war against Niger like Russia did in Ukraine but is going to remove the junta and reinstate the democratically elected government.
Go and check the history of ECOWAS, and you will see that this is not the first time it has happened, and trust me, they are more powerful than you can even imagine.
 
The Niger junta still has time to listen to the call of reason and save themselves from the disgrace of facing the ECOWAS MILITARY.
 
I have said it and will always stand by it. The Niger junta should not be allowed if they refuse to restore power to the elected government.
